Terms and Conditions
YOUR CONTRACT:
When a booking is accepted by us, it constitutes a contract between you and Napa Holidays. All bookings are made on the basis that you accept these terms and conditions.
VALIDITY:
Itineraries, hotels and prices are subject to change any time without prior notice.
PRICES:
Tour prices are calculated on exchange rates as in November 2011, any increased in airfare, fuel or exchange rates, leading to an increase in the surface transportation and land arrangements prior to the date of departure will have to be borne by you.
ITINERARY ACCURACY:
The information given in the itinerary is as accurate as possible. However please note that the itinerary is prepared months in advance and circumstances can change due to any events beyond our control.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
A non-refundable and interest-free deposit of us$250 or INR 10000/- per person is required to be paid by you at the time of booking/ registration. Full payment is required at least 30days prior to the date of departure to hold confirmed services in your favour.
CANCELLATION:
In the event of the cancellation of a tour, the following are payable in addition to the visa fees, insurance charges, flight costs etc (in case of international trip). Total price does not include any discounts, promotions or special incentives.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
A non-refundable and interest-free deposit of us$250 or INR 10000/- per person is required to be paid by you at the time of booking/ registration. Full payment is required at least 30days prior to the date of departure to hold confirmed services in your favour.
Standard Cancellation Fees:
*15-20 days prior to commencement of services – 20% of total price plus Trip Protection Payments
*7-15 days prior to commencement of services—30% of total price plus Trip Protection Payments
*3-7 days prior to commencement of services –50% of total price plus Trip Protection Payments
* On departure day and later—100% of total price plus Trip Protection Payments.
**All the above is valid upon the presentation of the original receipt only.
**Rebooking one tour to another will be treated as cancellation
REFUND:
In case of tour for which the payment was made in foreign currency with or without part payment in Indian Rupees, the said refund shall be made only in Indian Rupee at the prevailing rate on the date of refund as per rules and regulations set forth by RBI
